The tcase mounts look very much like the double rubber pucks found at the trans/tcase crossmember mount, or under the rad support. A ramcharger body mount kit (i.e. energy suspension) comes with multiples of these.
The shifter is quite simple. A stock married style one could probably be adapted to whatever trans you're using, and extend the rod.
I would eventually like to replace my stock t case mount with a fabricated crossmember. I feel it should be a little sturdier and I would like to clock the case so that it doesn't hang so low. Just something to think about if you're able to fabricate your own.
