Below is the latest from Jeane with a couple photos!!

It will cost $18,000 to replace Allison's roof. We have raised $6,000.
Thank you all for your donations. Every lit bit helps get his closer to our goal.

Here are some more pics of Allison's with a description from Chris.
The hole in the roof above Jim's bed is now a skylight that lets blue light in from the tarp.

The largest hole in the roof is in the light studio.
It is now also a blue sky light.

got a sneaking hunch JC and Lorrie might be back... but not in a van thread... his stepdaughter just said hes thinking of trying to save lorries chassis, possibly putting a roadster body on- wouldnt that be a hoot :) of course, hes got to get a intact roof over his head and other more immediate needs, but just hearing that he is even thinking about trying to save Lorries underpinnings is 'so JC' its a good sign hes ready to keep on keepin on as time and circumstance allow... seeing as hes just redone brakes/suspension steering, wiring, and it appears perhaps the aluminum body took the hit(looks to be like the root ball held tree a few feet off the ground, undercarriage probably didnt bear the weight more than the body crushing- which on a aluminum box probably was no worse than some potholes around Ohio... slant 6, ladder frame, automatic, 456 posi, plus RHD of course... hmm
I'm just guessing during the cleanup, the thought of Lorrie going to the junkyard mighta been a hard thing to do after all he put in to the undercarriage... and he did joke to someone Lorrie needs some bodywork...fingers crossed maybe he'll get a second wind again and make saving Lorrie his next mission...
