    1. 93 ramcharger
    2. dana 60f/dana 70 rear dually axles to keep from recentering the humvee wheels
    3. factory 3/4 ton diesel springs rearched. gives 5" over stock sagging springs 5" blocks in rear
    4. 36x12.50 humvee tires
    5. am general humvee wheels
    6. mud and rocks

The dually axles give the perfect spacing for the offset of the humvee wheels. as cheap as they are on craigslist you can toss the old ones and get new without breaking them down every time as you would if you recentered the wheels

Got my new tires on the truck today...

New tires are Goodyear Duratracs in 315/75R16. The 3860# rating makes me happy  ;D  Old tires are Toyo MTs in 295/70R17.

I'm running about 4" of lift. The front is 2" lift parabolic leafs with a zero-rate and longer shackles. The rear is all 2ndgen suspension/axle with the shackle flipped.

Truck's an '86 w150. Originally a 318/727 truck, now a 318/np435 truck. Front axle is a welded Dana 44, welded, CAD delete, Warn hubs. Rear is a Chrysler 9.25 limited slip. Both axles running factory 3.21 gears.

No lift under the truck. A little sagged actually from factory height, especially on the driver's side. I'm running 285/75r16 (33x11.50) Fallen Wildpeak AT3Ws on Mickey Thompson Classic 3s. The rims are 16x8 with 0 offset. Well, two are Mickey's and two are steel rims with the same specs, to be upgraded to the Mickey's in the future. The tires only required a slight massaging with a hammer on the corners of the front fenders and there's now zero rub at full lock/full flex.

I haven't wheeled the truck much yet. Does fairly well in mud considering the A/T tires. Actually haven't been able to really get it stuck since welding the front diff. I'd tackle about anything in it. Time will tell how it holds up.

    I'll upload a picture tomorrow.

Here's a good side profile shot of the '90 W150 I'm working on...

Has D60/D70 combo, 2" D200S Skyjacker Softride front springs, 4" Rough Country lift springs in the rear (an old set, soon to be replaced with a 4" Skyjacker set), no blocks (springs go right on top of the spring pad). Tires are 285/75 R17 Discoverer XLT (~34" tire) on 17 x 9 American Racing Baja's with a -12 mm offset.

No rubbing on fenders now that I straightened them out a bit, though it will hit the draglink when the wheel is cranked all the way. I will be stretching the fenders a bit when I get around to the body work later this year and hope to run a 37x12.5" tire on the same lift height (though will need more backspacing - these wheels will go towards my Jeep project).

Sorry Jim, I didn't see your question. The running boards were meant for a Toyota 4 Runner. I cut about 4" off the length, then modified the support brackets to work on the ramcharger.

    1) 86 Ramcharger Royal SE

    2) Front Dana 44 HD and Rear Dana 60 (both 8 lug from W250)

    3) No lift currently although the axle swap supposedly adds 1" or so of lift from stock.  Previous owner may have "massaged" the front fender corners a little bit

    4) 265 70 r17 Michelin A/S (~31.6" tires).  Planning on getting as big of a tire as possible with stock springs/lift and no more massaging of the fenders since I'm running 4.10 gears.  Looks like I'll be able to clear 33" tires no problem but might try to push it to 34" and hope I don't get any rubbing.   Really just trying to take advantage of the lower gear and also fill the wheel wells as much as possible.

    5) 17" Dodge Truck Chrome rims from 2004 Ram 2500 with 1.5" wheel spacers

    6) None

    1.   1981 Ramcharger Royal SE.
    2.   Front is Dana 44, rear is 9 ¼ Chrysler, unsure of ratio.
    3.   Stock suspension at the moment, thinking about a 4” lift down the road.
    4.   31/10.50 15 tires BF Goodrich A/T radials.
    5.   15” rim, don’t know backspacing, whatever is stock probly.
    6.   Trails, sand, mud, sweet jumps.

Just picked it up, from what I can tell everything is stock.

    1991 W-150 5.2L/46RH

Tires/wheels are 35x12.5R15 Dont seem to rub under normal driving. Couldn't say under wheeling conditions. I plan on going down to 33's.

    1991 Dodge W-150
    5.2L/Auto
    Stock for now.
