My 88 500" dodge d150 upgrades

So much for sitting on my butt -- I have ordered all pieces/parts to upgrade my engine to all edelbrock/holley/fast-efi for an upgrade from my orig home brewed port sequential setup to commercial supplied parts. Major pieces are the edelbrock port intake manifold, fuel rail kit, new 46#injectors,1000 cfm holly throttle body and a fast-efi distributor. this will provide crank and cam signals to the mega squirt sequencer cpu instead of using the pickup on the 36-1 crank wheel. The new manifold is a single plane and higher cfm than the old one. New throttle body is 1k cfm vs 900 on my orig holley four barrel converted from an injector setup. new 46#  injectors are to cover increased flow of the throttle body land intake manifold. Not in a big rush to complete the upgrade -- sorta waiting for cooler weather and help from my Son.  Pictures attached.

2001 Dakota - 4.7v8 - 82k miles - auto - ac/cruise/od/tc lock.
1988 d150 -- 500" mag- MSII-SEQ port fi - eagle stroker-srp pistons-comp hyd roller cam/lifters/roc/gm coil paks "R/T-rapid transit"
1979 red exp-rescued-by barn

    looks great , but you were there first , for whatever its worth , I respect that . About lost is the hot rod not out of a box .... Vic E started that way remember ? Lots of brazing rod on his intakes ......

    Thought I would add a picture of my original port injector home brew intake manifold. Started out with an aftermarket alum intake -- drilled for injector bosses -- built fuel rails to match injector spacing -- all the homebrewed setup worked great -- just needed more air flow capacity to suit my engine.
    Well looks like the photo I have on file is too large to suit this sites requirements -- So forget the photo.

    you had it up ounce , I saw it . I understand more flow needed .... still to have a three duces flattie with one of the brazed together deals today would be a trip for the youngsters no ?  may be pass yours on to the owner of a slightly smaller engine , for show ... ( no not myself )
