    Your welcome!

    Yes I did, I just didn't get to it yet.
    The main thing I was looking for was the shackle flip install, I just ended up reading the whole thread.
    I've read up on before, but now that it's come time to do the job I wanted a refresher.

    I'm working on these ones now:

    Check here;
    https://ramchargercentral.com/technical-discussion/jungle%27s-%28jim%29-shackle-flip-kit-install-and-review/

    & here;
    https://ramchargercentral.com/rcs-tds-durangos-etc/mopar_tim%27s-td-frame-off-resto-mod-%28jungles-spring-hangers%29/350/

    & here;
    https://ramchargercentral.com/rcs-tds-durangos-etc/74-rc-440-build-%28i-have-a-rolling-chassis!%29/
    I have a set of templates for the hanger locations but they haven't been tested on a RC. I have a good feeling about them but they need to be tested. Are you game?

    Well time for new sneakers ;D. I was looking for some COOPER STTs 37 13.5 X 17's & an add poped up from Walmart for that size for $260.32 each. Well @ that price I ordered a set & they are going on tomorrow.

    Here are some pics of the new Cooper SSt's

    Also I made a stinger for this RC because it is getting a new body & a new life. I'll keep this RC for the winter & keep TEX for the summer.

    A little update.

    First I did a 30" body lift so I can work on the under side. Then pressures washed the whole underside to get most of the crud off. Then had to clean the grease soaked areas with Acetone & a scrub pad. Then sane the whole under side to prep for paint.

    Next
    I mounted my Stainless Steel mounts for the Carr steps with panel bond & bolts. Then used SEM 2 part seam sealer & hit all the body joints that are opened up a little.

    then after the 4 hour cure I applied the SEM Pro-Tex truck bed liner tinted to the White I am going to paint the truck with.

    Thanks guys!
    Looking at the under side closely I need another coat for really good coverage. So this weekend I need to scuff sand the white truck bed liner & add another coat to get the protection where I want t it to be.

    Next weekend I should be able to get it to the shop & remove that 30" body lift so I can get it to the paint booth.

     Very nice Jimbo! Haven’t been on in a while now so glad to see that you’re making killer progress. Looks great. I bought an ‘84 RC out of Queensbury,NY last May that I’m using as a body swap donor. Just needs lower quarter panel patches for body work. Going to beat the little surface rust off of the underneath and Berliner it also. Can’t wait until I can say”is going to the body shop on Monday”. It’ll be aw hole yet. The body righty now sits outside my garage on my 30” jackstands.

    thanks guys!!

    I was down to the body shop on Friday & the fenders were cut & the returns welded back on. They also welded up the fender badge holes because the striping goes through that area.

    I think he said body work if happening this week.

    We had frost this morning so I need to play it by ear if I swap the body on this fall or wait till spring.

    Yes I am going to copy that truck but different lettering on it.

    I got the truck back from the body shop last week. They ground off all the body molding tabs & welded up all the holes for the molding. Sanded the hole body & Epoxy primed the hole truck. They also had to do some body filling & block sanding to get the sides straight. The insides of the doors & gate are painted along with the jambs.

    I did install all new weather striping for the door glass & installed the door windows.

    Thanks guys!!

    I did pick up another dash from Deano last weekend & have it cleaned up & painted with SEM "palomino" paint. I also clear coated it to help lock in the color.

    Should be able to install it this weekend.

    I bought a replacement frame so I can keep building through the winter. It is a 1984 RC frame. I strip all the OEM spring hangers off. I removed ALL the body mounts &  some cross members so I can install some Jungleized hangers  ;D.

    Most of the inner & outer plates are Sand Blasted & painted with the SEN High Zink weld through primer.

    I have the good iron heads. I do know the last owner dropped about $1000.00 into the heads.
    I will probably run that 3500 rpm converter maybe.
    How far can you twist up a car RB block? I did not build this motor & I am trying to find the paperwork on what he put into it.

    The V6 I built for my CJ5 we would twist it up to 8500 all the time ;D ;D.

    I'm looking @ this system.

    Today I started to install the inner boxing kit on the RC frame.
    You can see the dimpled area next to the OEM spring areas I hade to cut out so my inner plates sit flat.

    I used flat head screws to position the HD 1/2-13 for the new body mounts.

    Welded some of the holes in the side of the frame today to hold the plates in position so I can clean the weld area around the plates.

    More to come this weekend ;D

    yup a bunch.  So, here's my thoughts for what they're worth: if you're not running big port aluminum heads and you're using the engine in the 'truck' rpm range...then you probably don't 'need' headers anyway - that's why I'm using a nice clean set of RB truck manifolds.  But, if you want headers then I do not recommend anything with 'big' collectors (3" etc), which is another reason I like the Schumacher headers - they have 1 5/8" primary tubes, 2" secondary, and 2 1/2" collectors, which are great for torque, but flow awesome.  IOW, the 'smaller' collectors more closely match a 'truck' profile, but, I can tell you that a hot 440 with big iron heads and a big cam in a fast car will scream - for example ;D  (listen close - in the second 'high-speed' vid I'm shifting at ~6000 rpm - crappy video (video of a video) but worth it...)

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ytty0fNlSSQ

    I ran an older ProFlo on Nacho's RB and really didn't care for it, but that was in 2006 - lot has changed since then.  I'm still months away from firing up my Sniper but the reviews are very good on the Holler Sniper system, way better price than the Eddy unit too.

    The inner plates are all welded in & cleaned up. Then I primed with the Zink weld through primer & coated with VHT header paint. That should help in the areas that will not get powder coated.

    Where the bump stops bolt on I added another 1/2" of plate that I can drill & tap for the HYD bump stops.

    This weekend I should get most of the inner boxing plates done.

    Really nice work on the inner frame plates.
    For us here in New England with all the humidity, salt and such, it might be a better option than boxing the frame.
