RamchargerCentral.Com stickers
« on: August 17, 2009, 11:21:02 am »
I have had 100 new stickers printed.  They are 5" diameter, round stickers.  My cost is right at $3.00 each.  Plan is to collect $4.00 each if handed out at Ram Jam and $5.00 each if mailed and once the original investment is recovered any and all excess will go the site.

Let me know if you are interested.  I'm located in College Station, Texas.

I'm not set up to receive pay pal or anything like that but since the value of a sticker is low, I think I will trust everyone to send me a check by return mail.  Let me get to Wallyworld or somewhere and get some mailers.  I'll post directions for ordering sometime tonight.

I have company now and I need a little time to set me up an Excel file to keep up with everything too.

We went ahead and set up a Pay Pal Account that will let me e-mail you an invoice.  If any of you want to go this route, all I need is your e-mail address.  If you don't want to post it here, e-mail me at:

    [email protected]

If you want to pay by check, do the same and be sure and leave me your mailing address.

    Thanks.

What good does it do to protect the forests from tire prints if you are just going to replace them with septic tanks?

I bought a used Cobra 21 LTD ST at a pawn shop.  I have no antenna.  There are no real truck stops in College Station.  One station has one antenna (dual mirror mount) and Radio Shack says they can order one.

I don't even know if the radio works...

I'm on vacation after Wednesday and planning on going to Shiloh on Sept 1 with a guy at work and staying until Ram Jam is over.  I don't have anything to do on the truck except some painting and that ain't gonna happen.  Might think about coming by your place Saturday or Sunday.  I also need to go to the Crockett Forest and talking to the forest people about a route through the forest.

Would coming by during the weekend seem feasible?

yea it showed up ok.  for some reason the envelope got flagged for insufficient postage???  Got one of those cards saying I had a letter at the post office to pick up with a balance of 20 cents needing to be paid on it to get it?????  I don't know what the deal was.....had to go there anyway to drop off your check so I didn't really care....just gave them the two dimes and walked out with my goodies ;D

Sorry about that...  I've been working from 5:30am to 5:30 pm.  Nobody at the post office.  I weighed the envelopes on their scales, but even the alleged president says the post office is in trouble anyways.  I guess that goes for their scales too.

In the future I'll double up on stamps.

Sorry about that...  I've been working from 5:30am to 5:30 pm.  Nobody at the post office.  I weighed the envelopes on their scales, but even the alleged president says the post office is in trouble anyways.  I guess that goes for their scales too.

In the future I'll double up on stamps.

    Ron

honestly I think whoever was working the at one of offices was smoking crack as I can't see that that envelope was overweight {think}  I've mailed letters to family with 6-7 pages in them and a single stamp covered it unless they're crying foul over the size/type of the envelopes????  I guess you'll know soon enough if any of the other ones you sent out have the same problem 8)

Oh by the way.......excellent stickers!!  I had a bunch of go fast stickers on the back window of my truck that were faded and or peeling.  went out this morning with a razor blade and started clearing the canvas for some new ones.  This one looks right at home ;D

What good does it do to protect the forests from tire prints if you are just going to replace them with septic tanks?

Started my 3 week vacation today.  Wife is in Peru with our son and family for a couple of weeks.  Plan on making the best of it.  Hope to get rid of the stickers.  Will be at Shiloh Ridge for a week all together.
