if you wanna keep health just use some spices

    or

mix in some smoke house sausage

kinda just up to what your tastes are

This is the recipe I ended up using.
    # 1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
    # 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
    # 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
    # 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    # 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
    # 1 egg, lightly beaten (optional)
I also added a dash of Worcester Sauce. Next time I may add some Liquid Smoke.

Everyone loved them. It was the first time any of us (6) had ever had a Turkey Burger.
