Cheese. Anyone ever try to make it?
« on: June 26, 2009, 07:58:37 pm »

Well i came across somthing that sparked my curiosity. Making mozzarella cheese. The ingredient list is pretty short so if i fail, i am not out a bunch of denar.  Mozzarella is suposed to be a harder one to make and they suggest starting with an easier cheese first, but thats no fun.  I am following this recipe first since i cant find the citric acid that most of the other fast recipes use.

Right now i am waiting for the whey to seperate from the curd.  We will see tomorrow how/if it comes out.  With pictures as soon as theres somthing to take a pic of. Right now it just looks like a gallon of milk in a stock pot.
