If I understand you right, you want to put pics from a FSM in a post?  If that is the case, you will first need the image of what you want to post.  IF you have physical manuals, that means you will need a scanner to scan the page you want.  If you have PDF files of the manuals, you can hit "Print Screen" to take a screenshot of the page you want.  Once you take he screen shot, it is saved to the "clipboard" in the computer.  This is the same place that things are stored when you "copy and paste" something.  If you take another screenshot or copy text after you take the shot you want to keep, it will copy over it.  Only one thing can be copied to the clipboard at one time.

Once the image you want is copied, you can then use an image editing program to save it as an image file.  I typically use MS Paint, just because every Windows PC has it, it works pretty much the same on all of them and it loads quicker than heavier, expensive programs like the Photoshop series.  Once Paint is open, I paste the image, crop it to whatever I wanted to save, then save the image as a JPG file.  Once saved as a JPG, I then upload it to my free Photobucket account.  This "hosts" it on the Internet and the pic is now available for me to post on any forum or website I want.  Alternatively, you can upload them directly to RCC as an attachment if you go to the full reply window and don't use the quick reply window.  If using Photobucket or a similar hosting site, you can link the image in your post with BB Code.  In this case, you will want to copy the image that begins and ends with [IMG], upper or lower case, it doesn't matter.  Once the post is posted to the site or previewed, you should be able to see the image that is located at the link.

One other point, be careful when posting images from FSMs, Parts Manuals and other Chrysler literature.  Chrysler has been known in the past to jealously guard their copyrights and technically posting images on the Internet is unauthorized reproduction.  I haven't heard of anything happening lately but I did once get a nasty Email from their legal dept or Yahoo's, I forget which now, for using their logos on an old free website on Geocities back in the late '90s.  I looked at it as free advertisement on a site that was basically just pics of my cars and trucks and there was no money involved anywhere, but they took it as an copyright infringement.  For that reason, I keep complete control of all the images I post on my Photobucket account and if at any time I am contacted to remove them, I can easily pull them from every post I ever made without having to search out each post and edit it.

I'm not sure what your issue might be.  To be perfectly honest, I have one computer running Win 8 and I avoid it if at all possible.  It's just a steaming pile of crap of an operating system, even more so than Vista was.

Posting something is just entering it on the forum.  When I finish with this message, I click the "Post" button to save it and it becomes a part of the forum for all to read.  The individual message also becomes known as a "post" while the collection of posts under the topic heading are called threads.  Posting a pic means to put a pic on the forum in a posted message.

As for Photobucket, it's a website that hosts your pics online.  Everything online is stored on a computer somewhere and in order to post pics on the Internet, you have to upload them to the Internet to be stored somewhere.  If you upload them directly to RCC as an attachment, they will be saved on the servers that run the forum.  I prefer to use a 3rd party service like Photobucket so I can retain control over my images.  If I need to pull one off the Internet, I delete it from my Photobucket account and everywhere it was posted on the Internet by the link will no longer display the image.  With a couple thousand images in my Photobucket account, many of them posted here or on other Mopar or truck forums multiple times, it would be a very imprecise and tedious task to find each and every post to edit them and remove the image links if I needed to.  With my Photobucket account, if Chrysler or whomever decided to tell me to pull them down or "else", I could do so in a matter of minutes, not a matter of days.
