Where to buy a fuel tank 92-93

I've looked all over the web....seems noone makes a replacement fuel tank for a 92-or 93 ramcharger with a 5.2.....Does anyone have any leads?????  JC whitney don't even have any...

There are none that I can find in the usual places.  I think there is a few larger aftermarket tanks available but I don't know if they work with EFI.  The tank is the same for 91-93 Ramchargers and the Mopar part number is 4728412.  Looks like the salvage yards are your best bet.

I ended up getting a 30 gal tank from Jegs that is for circle track and mounting it in bed of truck for  my 77 ramcharger

No one makes replacement tanks.  The tanks are plastic (HDPE I believe) and won't rust, so you can get them in good shape from any salvage yard that has an RC or pickup.

Watch for some one parting out a R/C on this site. I threw a couple of tanks away in the last year.

the only prob with finding one somebody parted out is then finding some place that will ship it for less than the cost of a new fuel cell.

i have a 35 gal tank out of an 84 RC at my parents house i have tried sending to a few different people. due to its very size most places will not ship it and the ones that will want a fortune.

And legally you can't ship a used tank. It is considered hazardous material.
