Got to drive this baby home today. Now its sitting in my driveway. She needs some TLC as far as tune up and stuff, but pretty much made the 35 mile drive home on the Interstate just fine. Interior is missing all the Plow controls, but everything else is pretty much still intact, including the factory stereo. Someone got screw happy with mounting aftermarket trinkets on the dash areas so there are a few small holes in some of the dash area's. Front bumper is shot, they welded the brush guard directly to the bumper instead of making up some usable mounts to the frame.
Tail gate is gone. Got to get another one of them for sure. Rear bumper was a step bumper. Came with it and is in the bed, but its got a HD custom built one on it now that I may add a little more too and just leave on her cause its a much more usable workhorse bumper than the original.
Seat needs recovered. Glove box vinyl is cracking. Windshield has started to get white around the edges, but since AL has no inspections going at this time, that wont be a problem.
All this being said, this truck basically has little to no RUST areas!!!! She is sweet. I think personally this baby will be my pride and joy even above my 99 Quad Cab 4x4 Dodge 1500.
Got very excited when I got there to pick her up and noticed that the front fender badges said 300..
Title shows its a W200 truck though, so not sure why its got 300 badges on it unless someone replaced them with the wrong ones?
Vin. shows this truck GVWR at 6001 to 10000.
