Its a fence on the border of a rental property my Sister owns. back in the spring, The tenant trimmed the vine, and supposedly killed it ( I half think the neighbor cut it more, The tenant just said he trimmed some straggling pieces, and pulled what he cut out. Now there is some major branches cut at the top of the fence). First the neighbor wanted $300, and my BIL, went and planted several vines along the fence. Not getting the money pissed off the neighbor. all the vines my BIL planted, mysteriously died. The neighbor changed his demands to $900, stating that the rental property was a nuisance business, and was prohibited by the neighborhood covenants. The property managers lawyer wrote him a letter, outlining why, and basically telling him to Efff off. Now he apparently hired a lawyer, and is demanding $2000.
If you feel like wasting 17 mins of your life, you will get a chuckle out of him trying to explain his side.
Funny how this guy talks about his stressful professional job. The highest paying job he ever had that I know of, was a delivery driver for Lowe's. Now he is supposedly an executive trouble shooter? A guy that only has 2+ years of college, and never even closely worked as, or directly for any executive level job.
Despite how great a school of higher education Brown University is, Mr. Masterson was surprised to thoroughly discover in his 2 1/2 years of enrollment that the knowledge he sought was not present.
We offer a very useful service for directors, managers & company owners who are knowledgeable about guns.
using language, concepts, diagrams & strategies generally applied to the vast field of firearm matters, we initiate visionary overlap - so that your organizational duties overlay, or piggyback, onto your more powerful focus and understanding of gun dynamics and physics.
While this service is awesome for gunsmiths, rifle manufacturers and shooting supply sales outfits - it is also very effective and a refreshing approach for all people who are running organizations or divisions of companies and who are firearm enthusiasts. RSBC can be a true Godsend for managers who have background in Military or Law Enforcement service - though this is not necessary to engage this specialized service of Xcom Inc.
The company need not have any firearm related services.
Many persons in positions of authority have a strong sense of their freedom and their rights. Even if you are in a country where your firearm rights are inappropriately limited, the language of this knowledge field may be applied to your organizational operating vision and strategic planning. Rifle Speak Business Consulting (Trademark of Xcom Inc.) is very pleasant and brings new life and enthusiasm to areas of management duty that may be feeling like quite the grind.
