    Let's start with the link.  The one on the main menu doesn't do anything...

    to be more specific, the link is there and spelled as you list, but it defaults to the home page.

    What browser and version are you guys using?  I see it at home and at work as well as on my laptop.  Let me log out and see if I can still see it.

    Ok set permissions so everyone can see it.  You may have to clear you cache, or at least hit ctrl and F5 to refresh.
