I finally got around to installing & testing my rear axle dual shock mount. The top mount bolts into the OEM shock mounting holes & beefs up that top cross member . The bottom are weld on tabs.
The kit includes the top mounting bolts, washers & all metal lock nuts
The top weldment will now come gloss black powder coated The price of this kit will cost $349.00.
My Trail Duster IMO is a little too nice for any serious off roading but what does this set up offer over stock?
Will it increase ride quality or just for serious heavy off road applications?
I swapped a dana 80 into my w250 will the lower tabs fit decently if I grind them wider to accommodate the 4 inch axle tube while having good clearance for the shock to not rub the axle tube? Thanks
It slows down suspension cycling. I use to run triples on each corner when I was into racing Jeeps motocross style.
