Well here it is my new Jeep Grand Wagoneer, she's not a beast like the rc was but she will be a good daily driver

The outside is in real good shape, has 2 or 3 rust spots and 1 dent that i gotta take care of and thats about it

The engine is a 258ci inline 6 with a 2 brrl carb

The interior is in near mint condition, leather seats, power seats, and windows, cruise control, tilt steering, this baby is fully loaded

and she has 70,925 original miles on her

Heres the selec trac 4 wheel drive i can switch it in and out of 4wd at any legal speed

I took this pic to remember the rc always

Nice score even has the cargo cover.  Check the luggage rack if it has any movement to it go and get some new well nuts size 1/4S you can find them at most of the hardware stores such as ACE or TrueValue.  These trucks ride real nice you will enjoy it.

How is it with the 258?  Does it feel under-powered?

Nice, I was going to buy an early '80's model a few years ago from a tranny shop, thing was beat to hell and I would have had to fix floorboards but it was a beast...

Huh? That is an '86.   They have had AC since the Sixties, maybe the Fifties, in cars.  Now, AC that *works*, that's something else.   BTW, 86 is not that old.

damn dude, that looks good with the lift!

now you just need to score a set of WT axles...

im searching high and low for  a Jeep exactly like that for my girlfriend... you dont see the Chrysler-era Waggys with the 4.2 very much...

if you get a chance someday could you take me some detailed pics of your carb? my mom had and Eagle, and the mass of vacuum lines was the vehicles only weakness...
