Thinking this is a D300, but doesn't say. Lists the miles as 44,000, but then why is the engine rebuilt?
Interior in good condition, but redone with later seats?

Worth a look, if you want a 2WD.

Yes, a D300. Seats have been reupholstered, but about right for a 74. Has a chebby console. The underbed tool box. An early 80's front bumper, washer bottle, and mirrors. HEI dizzy, A/C, Except for the tailgate, I'd drive it. But not for $4500.

    Transmission was rebuilt, not engine.

"Freshly rebuilt 360" - that would be the engine.
    Tranny too, as you mentioned.

A little too much money, but then, the interior is in better than average condition.
I just don't believe the odo hasn't turned over.

    My bad.

Why did Chrysler use so damn much green in the 60's-70's.

Oh, but you gotta love it!
My truck is white and "Avocado Gold", hence "Guacamole". Other Chrysler colors included "Haze Green" - see below.
And of course of the sporting bent, the E-bodies could be had in 'high impact' colors such as "Limelight", otherwise known as Sublime. "Lemon Twist" there is also known as Top Banana.

You could get household appliances in Avocado, also Harvest Gold and other colors.
And as with all things re: STYLE, it's coming back around. Saw an ad for a Viking (high end) range in Avocado.
